WHAT DO WE BRING?
Smors brings to your studio a spacious backdrop, professional lighting, and a skilled photographer to capture everything from individual dancers to large group photos. We handle every detail from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for your studio.
ORDERING PROCESS
We supply the studio with materials to distribute to parents, including a link to an online pre-order form.
While we encourage all orders to be placed before picture day, we understand that some parents may forget or be unable to pre-order. In these cases, we do offer the option to place orders after the deadline, but a late fee will be applied.
Please note: Any orders made after the studio photos have been taken, processed, and delivered will only be available as digital copies, and the late fee will still apply.

What is a Personal Use License?
Smors Media grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) or video(s) (collectively, "Media,") subject to the following restrictions:
• This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints or video copies for personal use. The Media may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The Media may not be used in advertising. The Media may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
• Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with Smors Media.
• There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided 'as is.'
• Smors Media will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the Media.

PICTURE DAY

STUDIO SET UP
We bring the studio to you, and prefer to be able to set up the day before picture day, if possible.

SCHEDULE
A schedule will be organized with the you prior to picture day to ensure an easy,
stress free experience for us, you and the dancers.

TIME LINE
The time line can be customized to what best suits you (the studio), and can be scheduled to take place over a 1 - 3 day/evening period.

POSING
We prefer to work with the dance teacher/choreographer for each shot to ensure that the posing best suits each of the dance numbers.
DELIVERY
Please expect 2-5 weeks for processing.
Mail orders & Studio Pick Ups can take up to 2 weeks after processing is complete for delivery. Digital Orders can be downloaded instantly after processing.
The Studio recieves print and digital copies of all group numbers, which include a commercial usage license.
